New Find In My Car

After 2 years I discovered this hidden under my passenger footwell carpet. Any idea what this is as I'm an ICE idiot...

It's an Alpine TV tuner/Diversity unit :wack:

Seriously though, I think it's a unit to recieve tv signals and feed them through to a screen in the car, in the dash etc.

OIC... really? Hmmm previous Jap owner must have been in a hurry or completely missed this one when it went on the market then. Its a pleasant surprise anyway. Dont know what else I might find in my car next LOL. Thanks.

Ah that explains it as I recognize the antenna fixed a the edge of the rear window which my car first had it. No sure it will work over here anyway thanks.

It should do, although you might need a bandwidth extender for it so it can receice signals from your region.
