Hi guys,

I will be getting my car mapped pretty soon and i was just looking at the options. i dont want something expensive like the PFC so its between the nistune software and just a standard ecu remap!

can anyone tell me the differences? advantages / dissadvantages?

can you call up fault codes and things with the nistune?

cheers

I have been thinking this myself!! however i have the apexi power Fc in the mix aswell! i figured if im going to get a remappable ecu then it best be the apexi.

Tbh i don't know advantages/ disadvantages of the two but i do know that the nissan consult port still works when using nistune. Also nissan can't even tell if a nistune board has been installed from the consult port.

Yea, as far as I know, Nistune is a piggy back ecu, it goes on the stock ECU.

Power FC is a stand alone.
