Passenger Window Not Operting

hey everyone,
my passanger window was all the way down, and i think after a few bumps and speed humps its stuck down?

ive tried the switch, i can hear a relay pickup but no movement, ive used a battery connected to the windows motor, still wont operate up or down, just the relay picks up.

any ideas on what i can do to fix this?​

More than likely if a battery does not work on the motor itself the regulator/motor itself is shot. Are you sure you power the motor manually properly?

Problem found...

Removed window and regulator etc..

Removed motor, opened up, found the brushes were shattered... $500 for a new motor, but instead found some brushes that fit fine

All good now, thanks for your help
