Is there any way to lower the stock seats in an ADM S15?

I doubt it, mate. Not without changing the seats and sub frames. The runners are about as low as they go.

or the runners removed - with the seats attached directly?

the seat can come off but if u gonna take them off u might aswell get a after market seat with new rails.... thats what i did and got some recaro rails with some recaro buckets seats

get bride seat + type MO rail
you would be sitting on the floor
