We also cover legacy versions of Verint call recorders and Aspect ACD’s. All supported versions are covered for Genesys and Nice. With the help of our partners worldwide, we are able to support these systems globally. Since we only work with Business Partners or Service Providers, our services can be provided on a white-labelled basis. We specialize in supporting legacy hardware and software that is end of life and end of vendor support. DBSL consists of specialist engineering team qualified in installation and maintenance of Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Aura and Contact Centre Products.
