Regrinding/repairing camshafts??

Hi I am getting some very specific cams for my VE build and will be getting a set of Kelford cams that seem awesome, Specs: http://www.camshaftshop.com/products.php?productid=1263#specs BUT 'They have a small defect on the first intake 20V low cam lobe center where the lobe is a bit undersize...
