Went to a trackday this saturday.
It was more fun then I expected :)
All of Scandinavias road-legal S15 was there.
Mine, PJs and harald200s with his wife(?) behind the wheel :)
Harald had an event in Norway to attend, so he couldn't be there.

Here are some pics. gave my camera to a friend so I can't take responsibility for the pics. He only took photos in the beggining too.

Me and my friend fastening his intercooler pipes before leaving.

Some pics from the track.

I was suprised of the amount of grip I've got with the new tires.
Definetly need an oil-cooler. I was reaching oil temps over 120 degrees at the later half of the day.

Found some picture galleries from members on the Swedish 200SX club.

My S15

Harald200s S15

We also have a new Swedish record :D
There was all in all 4 S15s on Swedish soil this weekend.
The three above, and this one was in V?ster?s for the King of Europe drift event.

I stayed at a skyline-dudes place the night before with a bunch of other people.
we had some BBQ and went cruising later in the evening. I had some beers so I was a passanger in another car..... Not just any car though.
but a BMW E60 M5. 500hp V10 engine and the interior was lovely :smitten:
I'm glad I had those beers ;)

Here are som pics from the Swedish Skyline forum.

Harald was at gatebil. But not his car or his wife (girlfriend, or what their official status is :) )

People have told me afterwards that she drove very good :)
I was out on the track at the same time the first time, and the second time I had flag duty. So i missed it (except for 2 corners) :(

It was a very fun day.
There was one bad incident though when a 300ZX (fairlady Z) hit the steel barrier to the pit and totalled :(

I know of him, Swedish guy, he is mate with Ryce Millen (sp) who he was hoping to drive for in the US D1, but got a drive in a Supra instead.

That was a while ago :)
He has been driving in the US series for the Mopar team in a Dodge Viper for a while. Think he drives a Dodge Charger nowadays in the US series.

Yeh it was a while ago, it was Ryce Millens 1st season in the USD1

My Girlf's stepmother living in the US and tapes the D1 stuff from the Tv and sends it to me, the one with Samuel in it showed the building of Ryce's GTO, would love to build a car from scratch.
