Rough idle sr20

Hi everyone, I own a 1996 series 1 s14. I'm currently having issues with my idle. It idles like absolute rubbish and I'm not sure what to check first. Anyone have the same problem with rough idle? Also my sr is very tappy haha.

It really depends, could you share a video? Maybe its slightly misfiring?

Sometimes it just an intake leak, but other times it could be spark plugs or injectors/ injector seals etc.
