Wind Deflector Removal

My passenger side wind deflector is missing a clip and damaged on one of the corners so I'm going to remove them both.

What's the best way to remove these?

I'm concerned about the trim behind them, can these be replaced if it's not looking too healthy?

Driver side is fine, the passenger side is missing a corner closest to the B pillar.

Removed both deflectors and all the grime/residue of the trim.
How much is a driver side wind deflector worth?

Passenger side was missing the corner when I bought the car and its also missing one of the clips.

Do u have the bits that broke of the passages side one still ?
