Gear box refill/drain plugs

As above, are they both supposed to have magnets inside or just one of them? When changing the oil, only one of them did and the other was hollow as if the magnet was missing.

afaik, only the drain plug has a magnet

yes only the drain plug has one as that is where any crap will gather

Nissan would probably say change it but unless you cross thread it I think there is no good reason not to reuse the old one. :thumbs:
