Been fitting this over the last few days and have come to this issue

Appears that the pipe coming from the intercooler is too long? Any ideas?

I know I’m telling you to suck eggs, but have you tried tweaking all the pipes around? Like trying rotating them and pushing them about a bit?

That hole hurts my OCD

Hard to tell from the pic but have you got all the correct pipes facing the right way etc also should be a bit of movement to change angles etc from the plenum which will help

Yeah I know I feel like it should be simple and it’s proper blitz so should be good but I have tried every different angle and position ect moving all the pipes around but it just won’t work.

I know it doesn’t help the angle I’ve taken the photo as well but it is a touch wonky, won’t see it when piping is all in

Yeah and once you’ve put the rubber edging on the hole it’ll be fine

Yeah I had to fiddle about with my blitz before I could get it fitting nice , cut the hole in the wrong place which didn’t help

Yeah I made sure I cut the hole exactly where it said and the pipe from the throttle body is perfect but the pipe underneath is almost 20 Mm off, I’ve tried jiggling it all about and moving the intercooler as far forward as possible but still no luck maybe I need to cut the pipe shorted and weld it back up?
