Oops sorry been in Italy abusing my body on the bike so I havent been around. As for the banner last time I spoke to my mate he was working out prices so Ill let you know tomorrow after Ive called him to give prices so we can decide what to do.

iam not 100% sure but cuz in total we have 20tickets we may have them 1pounds cheaper so if so we may get 20pounds back in total i need to check on this if so do we all agree to put the money towards the banner??

Not quite. Still about 15 miles from Banbury...

I'll be heading up the A34/M40/A43.

Topper and I will be coming from the south on the A43. Many of you will I guess be getting off at 15A off the M1. I suggest if we're going to meet then Topper and I should overshoot Silverstone slightly and meet you on the M1 side of Silverstone, then convoy from there.

The obvious place to meet would be Towcester, then anyone coming from the A5 can meet up too:

If memory serves, there's a fairly large BP garage an the main drag there through Towcester... that might be a good spot to congregate? I could take a drive down that way at some point before hand and look for a reasonabe place to meet up??

Have had a reply about banner prices (Thanks again to Barky). Its looking like around 100 pound for a 3m * 0.5m banner if we just go for the lettering as per the rear window stickers. He is going to double check he can do it as the graphic though, if he cant the option is to have it all black or to pay 200 and he can get it done by a supplier. The banner will have three sleeves along the back so we can insert posts to hold it up. If we are going to be on concrete Ill have to knock something up so we can hold wood under the wheels with upright posts attached.

Anyway folks just let me know what you think.

edit: Banner will be 3m * 0.8 to keep aspect ratio. Cost will be 100 if we go for black for lettering with red/grey and black making up the emblem. If we want the full graphic it will be 200.
