They can't be legalized.
OK for track use but not road use
Same goes with the Skylines.
Kent Terry of Jap-city has moved to France and is trying to figure out a way, but it doesn't seem to be easy.
So if your'e in France and spot a midnight purple R33GTR on the roads on English plates, it should be him

I hope for your sake that the rules will change to EU-standards so you can get these wonderful cars on the street
