Horn not working

Well, my MOT is due for renewal and I noticed that my horn doesn't work. I've checked the fuse, it has a new relay, tried a different spring clock, different horn button, tested the horns themselves and checked the wiring in the wheel arch incase my tyre has been rubbing on the loom and it looks fine. Totally stumped.

I thought i'd ask on here incase I've missed something totally obvious before I pay to have a garage look at it.

Any help appreciated.

Check that its got power with a test light

I removed the relay and placed a bit of wire between two of the connections which made the horn sound. So the horns are getting power.

The problem seems to be from the relay back to the horn button somewhere.

I'm not to clued up on electrical stuff to be honest.

make sure the contacts on the steering wheel are clean
