what to get 17x9 on back and 17x8 on front

heres the choose of offsets they have

SA70 17 X 8.0J OS 32,42 5H P.C.D 114.3

SA70 17 X 9.0J OS 10,20,35 5H P.C.D 114.3

what offset would be perfect for s15 with standard suspension??

8J ET 32 would be ok for the front

As for the rear, on a 9J, you should be looking at a minimun of ET38, the 35 may fit, but i think it may stick out

Well yes, but they would also need to be pulled outward a little so they dont stick out past the arches.

You would need to run some negative camber, say about -2/-3, a streched tire would help also
