Windscreen from Apex

Has anyone had a windscreen from Apex Performance? Are they kite marked CE approved? Mine cracked when removing it due to preparing the shell for full respray :-( so new one it is.
The chap fitting the screen asked me to make sure they are kite marked etc. chap from Apex said they are legal to use but didn't confirm a kite mark..:-/ anyone clarify this for me? Cheers chaps..

Most windscreens are done by insurance company's, and they source them from Japan. Soooo I suppose nnot many people have needed them

I know that chap but I remember there been quite a few folk wanting screens and going on about group buys etc, and as there are a lot of people who don't always have screen cover or having cars off the road when needing a screen so not covered..
not to worry, guess I should consult the search next time.. :-/
