2nd gear jumps out

While driving my car, the transmission jumps out of second gear when I take my foot of the gas.

Any help?

hmmm sounds like a bad detent spring (i think that is what is called), try changing tranny oil to royal purple, motul, red line, or one of those "premium ones" and check if that helps with the problem.

i guess so, but don't take only my word for it, you better off taking it to a tranny shop to diagnose it =)

which gear would you recommend? motul gear 300 (75-90) or redline mt-90 (75-90)?

Neither mate, redline lightweight shock proof oil. Something like 75-120 grade.
