ABS light always on?????

my ABS light is always on and the ABS doesnt work can anyone help me out?

Do you want to fix the ABS so it works, or stop the light coming on with no working ABS?

fix it if i can and then maybe do the switch job on it if the lads figure the easyest way to do it

If the abs light is on then its likely that the fuse for the abs is either blow or been removed. Its in the fuse box near the battery. Its one of the small ones on the right. I can find out which fuse specifically if u need me too.

Here's the S15 fusebox diagrams... I only checked this again the other day (see my thread about wiring ABS on/off switch)... looks like there are x3 fuses so these all need checking!

can sombody show me how to make the abs light only flash on then stay off when engine starts?
just need to know how to rewire it

sx-si - Wire the ABS light into the oil pressure light so that it flashes when you start the car. I assume this is for MOT purposes?

nah not for mot it just annoys me and tape trick does aswell

Ah sorry dude i mis-read the thread. I have removed the ABS from the car and have left all the wiring and fuses in place and the abs light does not come on i don't think.

Edit that, i think your able to take the buld out of the abs, just take it out, don;t worry about it not illuminating first.

In that case, wouldn't it be easier to just take the bulb out the cluster?
