DIY Vinyl

I was thinking of swapping my spoiler with a BGW but dont have the money to spare and am apprehensive about the permanent change.

SO Im going to B+Q on saturday to get a £6 chunk of Black Vinyl and will try getting it wrapped around my spoiler :s (never tried this before so im really jumping in the deep end with wrapping the spoiler)

If it goes horribly wrong what do I have to loose except a few hours and £6.

Anyone else tried anything like this? or got pics of a different coloured standard spoiler on their car?

Vinyl wrapping can look good, depending on what colour and where it's being done.

Are you wrapping your existing spoiler? What colour?

curves and contours are hard to get completely smooth. snap some pics and post them up when you're done.

Will do, will try next weekend if the weather is nice, and yeh the curves will be seriously hard to cope with. I think black will look good on a white car, then plan on getting hold of some yashio factory clear tail lights.
