Help with sourcing lip spoiler

I would love to get that same lip spoiler setup. Anyone ever seen it before? I've seen the same setup on R34 Skylines, but never on an S15. Is it a one-off?

So, no one has seen this lip spoiler anywhere else? No ideas on where to get one?

I tried the e-mail address on the maruta-goya.com website twice...once with an inquiry
in English, and the second time with an inquiry that I had translated into Japanese
by a colleaugue of mine. Never received a reply in either case.
