Injector Upgrade R33's?

i have read a lot of talk on here and SXOC forums about the need to upgrade the injectors if running 300+hp and over 1.1 1.2 bar of boost. most seem to upgrade to the nismo injectors or SARD injectors. i cant remember where but im sure i read that the R33 skyline injectors are a suitable upgrade if you are not looking at running massive power. i will be aiming for 300-320bhp and i think that the nismo 740's are a bit overkill plus theyre expensive.

anyone got any advice they can shed on this topic as the 33's injectors might be a likely option

Don't think that the skyline injectors will be up to the job. Nismo/tomei/sard 555's will be up to fueling 300-320 easily. The standard s15 injectors aren't far short of that mark either iirc.

Why would you want to replace stock S15 480cc injectors for stock R33 370cc injectors ???

They are side feed, and would fit but as above no point. Fuel rail is no good either as 6cl. I do agree that nismo/tomei 740s new are expensive, but you can get a top feed rail and 1000's for not much more than a set of 740 side feeds.

You have possibly been reading information on S14 SR20DET's, which do indeed have lower spec injectors. S15 oem injectors are adequate for your power goals, if i am not mistaken.

If you do intend to buy 740cc, injectors at some point look at japex on eBay or rhd Japan, as you'll save a small fortune
