I would say 300kw at the wheels would corrupt you. I would spend so much money on tyres!

thanks guys.

Colin,

I am not sure if I want to do any more changes to the outside. I like my car subtle. It's now time for some engine work :)

I was toying with the idea of an aero front bar, but I am now not so sure. The rear pods are a maybe, depending on price.

After looking at Phils one on his white S15 I am not so sure. I saw one on a blue S15 the other week in a repair shop, but I didn't get a close look.

I have enough problems with the women I have in my life atm!

As I said, I just can't justify $1k for the bar + getting it painted

I couldn't either, but after having the car for the last 5 years I just felt I needed a cosmetic change to keep my interest fresh.
It was cheaper than buying another car, which I came very close to.(R34)

Minor Update:

C's short shifter fitted. A BIG thanks to Dale (dcoghlan) for fitting it on the spot when I went to pick it up.

I have a little surprise to be fitted hopefully in the next two weeks or so. Stay tuned.

I have wanted one ever since I drive Phil's (Auss15) car. The car has a completely different feel now. I am much more connected to the car.

This one came at the right price and it was fitted while I waited :D

Yeah I understand what u mean, s15s have notchy gearboxes, especially when the oil hasnt warm up yet... feels like the box is gonna fall apart... hopefully a c's shifter can change that feeling of notchy-ness

It feels a little better, but is still notchy. I may try overfilling the box and see if that make a difference.

It also makes reverse a little bit harder to select, but is not a major issue. Cabin noise is increased slightly.

yeah, I am still trying to find a source of good oil at a reasonable price. Royal purple was A$50 per litre! I think it has vmx80 in it atm.

Put in a Nismo gearbox mount Chris, it will make the shift smoother and more precise. Its the best mod you can do after fitting the C's.

If you come on Saturday, take mine for a drive :)
