I get the impression they are a fairly small outfit, but anyway yeah was absolutely gutted i couldn't get the ones i wanted and felt really let down. As you've quite rightly said, shocking service

If they are wheels from JDM Distro, for gods sake get them double and triple checked, I've had two sets of SSR's from them first set all wheels buckled, second set (plus charging me more than £400 on top of original price) where so badly buckled in both axis you could see it from across the garage but crucially I specifically asked them to check the wheels where straight before sending to me...which clearly they didn't

Then took 6 weeks for them to pay money back only after I threatened legal action.

NEVER AGAIN
That’s not good, I will get them checked out soon! I’ve heard nothing but good stuff about their service and parts so that’s why I went there.

So it’s been a while since I’ve been on here and updated this.

I finally got round to fitting my 326 power wing, took a bit of modification to the legs to get it to fit the S15 bootlid.

I had never tried to do any body work stuff before but thought I’d give it a bash, turned out alright I think.

Since the boot was being painted I smoother the boot lock. I also colour coded the wing mirrors and roof spoiler at the same time.

Then it was time to fit my new wheels. They are work gnosis gs2:

Front 18” x 9” et12
Rear 18” x 10” et12

First outing with the new look and I won car of the night

Leaving the show, love a rolling shot.

I was so happy with the new look I had a photo shoot by one of my mates.
This May be my favourite photo of my car to date!

Attended a few shows this year.

Rolling out of Kultureshock

Japanese Performance Show. This was an epic show, first time attending it but it was such a chilled out day. Would highly recommend it.

Fitted my hand engraved steering wheel from Jimmy Up just before Cleanfest.

Finally got round to fitting some under car leds, wanted these for ages.

Big plans this winter, hopefully going to relocate the fuse box, remove the engine, get the bay painted, fit my new turbos and a few other bits and pieces I’ve been collecting over the year.

Oil plate adapter by superforma

Airlift 3h upgrade

I will try to keep this up to date as I progress through the winter.

Such a cool looking car! What happened to the Panasports if you don’t mind me asking?

Your engine makes me jealous

Any plans to sell them?
thanks, nothing wrong with the sr though, just doesn’t sound as good as the rb

Erm I’m not too sure, not really thought about selling them if I’m honest. Don’t know if I could part with them yet haha

Yeah exactly, gotta be the best sounding engine out there, the RB.

Ah ok that’s fair, mega hard to find a nice set of those! I’m going to struggle to part with my LMGT2s if they ever go! What specs are they?

Definitely one of the best anyway

Yeah they are getting quite rare, seen a few sets for sale in Australia but not many across here. I do like the LMGT2’s. They are:

17” x 8.5” et23 ish (I ran a 20mm spacer on the front for brake clearance but would’ve got away with a 10mm)
17” x 10.5” et18 ish

I measured the offset myself so could be out a mm or so since panasport don’t put the offset on their wheels

Yeah when I’ve been looking for them there always seem to be some in Australia.

Ah cool, that’s quite a size on the rear haha, surprised you got them to fit nicely!

Time to do a bit of an update on here since it’s been a while. Last year I did a bit of an engine bay tidy up. Wanted to relocate the fuse box and paint the bay but I went a bit further than that haha. Took the engine out.

Test fitted the tubs.

Welded them in and filled any unnecessary holes.

Engine before the clean up.

During the clean up.

Some paint on the bay.

Now time for some new goodies, chase bays brake booster delete and new clutch master.

Engine back in looking much nicer with some fresh paint and gaskets.

A bit more progress then the j’s under slam panel radiator going in.

Bought a Nismo power brace.

Some more progress.

And finally outside.

Eagle eyed people will notice the underside of the bonnet was also now painted.

Decided to re-route the breathers, fit a Nismo oil cap, some nagisa auto shakitto plates and my modified cooling panel.

Attended Japanese performance show and somehow managed to come home with best Nissan!

Little transformation shot of the engine bay compared to when I first got her.

Did a bit of driving round Scotland and loved being able to drive her around.

Had to stop at Urquhart castle on the way past

Then some Nismo goodies.
