have not dyno'd it yet, cause i found a leak in the intercooler pipes a few weeks after mapping and idle was funny cause of it.
looks like the pipe going to the idle valve had cracked and leaking air on boost.

With the leak fixed it was time for a map check. as expected it was now running lean on boost as ive fixed it. as the last map had compensated for the leak.

with the fresh map and upping the boost now to 1.5bar :D it now feels animal. with full boost at 4krpm.
ready for the dyno i thinks:thumbs:

there should be a little flushing kit that comes with vertex kit.
all it is extended screws and spacer tubes to push the door flush. you have to cut the tubes the right lenght and might have to cut down the screws too.
the locking tab is rivited onto the exsiting one on the lid to extend it.

you may need to bend and twist the lid to get it to sit flush. as there is one corner that is lower then the rest.

Awesome info! Unfortunately I didn't get the flushing kit. I may just find something at the store. Would you happen to have pics of how it looks inside?

if you accidently cut too short a couple of spacers will help. :)

there is a small plate on the back to help hold the rivot.

After all the work i finally got the car dyno'd to see what shes making and double check the AFR

378bhp at 7.2k rpm and 360ft/lb torque @ 4.3krpm. 400bhp would be easly acheived if boost did not drop off. Will need to look into it, maybe a gains issue on the EVC5 controller

Boost @ 1.5 bar but drops off to 1.2 bar. max boost at 3900rpm

A possible cause of my boost dropping..

found oil coming from the edge of the vacuum hose filter while i was doing a service and a quick once over.
looks like it was starting to split and causing a boost leak. had it out in my hand and came apart easily.

Oh decided to freshen up the look, was getting bored of standard lights :)

Thanks guys,

Well looking at the graph my max Bhp was at 7.2k rpm and my boost drop down to 1.3bar.
So I'm guessing if boost held 1.5bar till red line i should be getting abit over 400 :) also this is one of the lowest reading dyno in Ireland. On any other dyno it would make about 10 percent more.
