unfortunately my sr20det has burnt some plugs causing scoring to the bores..(I think this is due to bad mapping) I'm currently in the process of removing the engine and thinking on doing a forge rebuild. has anyone got any suggestions in any area before I start the build and also what are the best cams to run on stock valve and springs. thanks

If I am honest with you, its probably better to get a good working standard untouched engine and put it in.
