ok so i need some help with my sr 5 speed conversion in my car and before you ask i have tried searching but couldnt find anything, i have done everything and the box is in the car and ready to go but have run into a problem with the tailshaft. i read that you can use the front half of a s14 5 speed tailshaft on the rear half of the 6 speed tailshaft as they bolt up and should work but when i got home to bolt up the front half they wont even mate together. so my question is, is there a difference between the s14 abs and non abs tailshaft besides the overall length? or can i just use a complete s14 5 speed tailshaft in my s15?
any help would be greatly appreciated
