Just fully removed ABS from the car and tidying up all the loom. One of the cables that goes from the ABS metal block in the engine bay leads to the front passenger headlightand is plugged into a plug behind the radiator expansion bottle.

what does this do? There's only one small blue/black cable that goes back to the ECU the other two cables go to the other plug on the ABS block.

Will need pics I think! Only thing I could think is its connected to a accel/decel sensor. But unlikely!

Will try to get a picture tomorrow...it's basically triangle shaped with round edges two thick cables go from it (Red with a black stripe and the other is green) then one tiny cable that's blue with black stripe.

The two thick ones go from one plug to the other plug on the ABS unit then the small wire goes off into the harness towards the ECU. The triangle plug then plugs into the same colour cable that goes across the front of the slam panel towards the fuse/battery area.

Unless it's just the power cable to the abs unit?

Removed it, made new brake lines that go under the car not across the back firewall and fully removed the block so has no ABS unit on show and pushed the cables back into the compartment behind the glovebox .

Looks really neat and OEM and shows the top mount off more :)
