I'd be turning the boost down till you get it sorted...

that was on the highest boost setting btw. and i just tried it then on the lowest boost setting hit the same rpm and it got up to 18 max. I wonder how much st hitec charges? or is there any good places in taupo because im going there for d1nz anyway
