Scuff marks

Is there any way of removing scuff marks off interior panels?

Depends which ones you're talking about. If any of the centre console is marked or scratched - no chance. It like its made from butter. If its surface dirt, you could try some kitchen surface fluid. Don't use that on door panels or the top of the dash though.
