Think I might purchase an eBay Arcan. Don't know anybody with a Costco card and nearest one is 15 miles away too. £110 delivered at the moment.

They aren't to heavy for the size of jack they are. I'd say its half the weight of a blue print jack that I've used. Can't compare it to any others though :(

I've got a shiny red Sealey low entry... will always be too high for lowered S-bodies combined with aftermarket deep side-skirts :wack: hence I'm currently making some drive on/off wooden ramps out of some timber I purchased from the local B&Q hehe ;)

Very true mate, was just hoping to get something low enough to not have to worry about ramps ,nothing wrong with a bit of diy rampage to save the reddies!!!

ended up going for a 2tonne sealey low profile jack as it was £50 delivered and even though it's not a aluminium jack still only weighs 14kg
