I've seen them listed in the Nengun and FRsport sites, I got mine (for factory Aero bumper) from the RHDjapan site.

Just taken mine off. For future reference, non aero part numbers are;
Left 62255 85F00 K74631 (open for air flow to WMIC)
Right 62254 85F00 K74621 (blank)
