if the gauges are 60mm then they fit in a treat and don't move around at all. I have an AEM wideband to fit but its 56mm so need to find a solution that isnt blue peter haha
This stuff isn’t wonderfully cheap but you could use something like this?

CLEAR ACRYLIC PERSPEX PLASTIC TUBE BAR HOLLOW 30mm 36mm 40mm 50mm 60mm 70mm | eBay

You can get it in 60mm OD with 56mm ID. Can make a sleeve out of it to bridge the gap between the vent and your gauge. You could use metal tube which would be cheaper but I don’t know if it would be a good idea to have metal in between two plastic items.

That’s still pretty cheap though and a great idea! Can’t you get a holder that still lets air through with the aem gauges? I’ve seen them on gt86 before

It’s been a while but I have been busy

Quick rundown is new manifold, new turbo elbow, titanium heat wrap for front pipe and elbow once I’ve welded in an o2 sensor for my hks afk, diff is out with Dave at garage 21 being rebuilt. Turns out the diff is a nismo billet pro 2 way! Bonus! Been clunking like hell for a while and it really started to annoy me so out it came and straight off to Dave for a rebuild.
In the meantime I’ve fitted new braided turbo hoses with new gaskets and manifold also had the rocker cover off so I’m going to give that a fresh coat of paint. Whilst that’s off tomei rocker arm stoppers were fitted :) and I believe that’s all so far just can’t wait to get it back together and hear the new set up!

That’s a score with that diff! What colour are you doing the rocker cover?

Damn that’s going to look smart in the bay. What are your rocker cover washer things like (the zinc coated washer with the rubber grommet)? Mine were all nasty so I bought some new ones fairly cheap which really finished it off.

I personally prefer the standard coil pack cover but that carbon one does look pretty nice...

Thanks man I think so too. Mine weren't that bacd but I polished the zinc coating off them so they are like a polished silver which I think will really match the cover with the polished lettering. Keeping the stock black bolts as well.

A lot of people do but I like to be different an I haven't seen many people running this cover especially in the UK and I love the look of it, with the added bonus of a bit of extra cooling for the coil packs.

Ah yeah, that’ll be cool. And yeah, don’t see too many of those covers so it’s nice to be different!

That’s what the new ones looked like - more of a silver colour than the yellow/gold colour of some zinc plated stuff.

so all back together I’m not sure how I feel about the rocker cover especially after knocking it a few times whilst putting it on and cutting the baffle out for ras’ but it’ll do for now until I decide to get it done properly or change colour. Either way it’s back with Dave at garage 21 to change the position of the o2 bung he welded in for me as it doesn’t fit at the moment

Paint your intake manifold and IACV or whatever it’s called, put some trim restorer on the black rubber and plastic bits and it’ll look awesome, especially once your coil pack cover is on there too

Did you relocate that bit of loom in between the rocker cover and the intake manifold?

It has been a while! Still been busy with the 15 though fitted new cs2 coilovers with air cups, drift works rear traction, toe and camber arms, lowered a fair bit more now and rides a lot nicer but still working on the set up to get it how i want it. Manifold still hasn't cracked although I haven't driven much over winter ect...

Few other bits have changed as well, nothing major but have made a big difference! Nismo gauges, gt pedals, titanium lug nuts and various other small things that I can't help but love!
I've also got a link ecu 740cc injectors maf delete pipe all ready to go in and get tuned if anyone actually gets back to me about fitting and mapping ect.

I'm still after an aero front bumper as well so if anyone knows of any please let me know.
