Well this morning was lame.. i start work at like half 5 and you'll notice its now 05:38 and im still at home! >_<

Was up around half 3 to make sure i had enough time to scrape the snow off the motor etc.. well as soon as i got out the wee driveway i was faced with probally the worlds smallest speed bump......

i tried ...

and i tried........

and i tried somemore!..

but no joy, This bloody s15 wouldnt budge at all.. So im off to look at a car this afternoon and hopefully buy it tomorrow (if not tonight!)

Anyways, i cleared the road and drive and tried again, STILL no joy.. so back to bed she went after i got a push in from my dad. So just gonna sit here and wait until a snowplow or something comes along and go into town with my dad..

Here's some pics. I know it dosnt look bad but trust me, its terrible out there!!!!

-A very tired mint..

You were hoping :wack:

i wouldnt even have attempted to go out in the s15 in the snow :rotfl:

its loopy enough when it rains, you have no chance in snow of going anywhere but sidewards :p

i use our micra in when it snows :D

You know when you read thread titles you get this immediate impression of what the tread is going to be about...

I thought "Nightmare, he's just bought an S15, taken it out in the snow and wrapped it round a tree/lampost/other fwd motorcar"

Could be worse mate! Nothing you can do at the end of the day, have to lump it and stay in with a cuppa until it goes away...Me, I would have walked, I'd love some snow right now! :)

I've got yokohama snow tyres fitted to mine and its unbelievable how slippy it is in the wet! I dare say they're worse than the tyres that came with the car from japan.

I remember getting stuck in our Snowy Mountains with my old S14 and trying to get out with broken snow chains during heavy snow, was a nightmare so I bought a diesel 4WD after that as my snow car and keep the S15 for the dry :cool:

It's false economy for us English folk, in the South we see 24hours of snow of year, and we spend 23 of those sliding down hills and throwing snow balls at each other! :D

Mint, there is not chance i would have taken the S15 out in the snow, thats risky, very risky. Get yourself a deisel Nova, at least that way if you crash it in the snow, there are millions of Nova's at scrappies to get parts from :)
