s15 road tax????

hi people i cant seem to find out anywhere how much the road tax is for the silvia s15 6 month 12 month im sure someone will know on here haha.

It's roughly £220 - £250 for 12 months depending on how your car was registered. 6 months is just over half the price.

I got my reminder today funnily enough, £205 for the year, think its £113 for 6 months. Thats for my standard 2199cc SR20...:rotfl:

pretty sure mine is the same ie. 205 12 months or 113 for 6 and mines a SPEC-R depends on how its registered i guess as mentioned

Mines an 2002 so it's £240 for 12 months it was £400 for the 1st year I had it then the law changed!!!

Mines one of the newer ones too, and is £205 for the year. Got mine when the tax was good. . . . . Well as good as tax is!

Ha ha. Had this talk before.
Technically its a 2002 car, but it's registered on the documents as a 2003. Must be a late 2002 car, that was road registered 2003. Was on a 52 plate. Think they just changed the tax system a few months before I got it.
Hope the tax doesn't go up come April.

ahh cool didnt think there were any other 2002 plate cars on here. how is your tax cheaper than mine then? is it PLG or set as Petrol car

Says PLG on disc.
Mike & Torque said it would be taxed on the older tax banding when I was getting it, thank god. I didn't like the idea of paying £405.

If you have a 2.2 Sr20det its far from standard :wack: lol
I am sure I was £180 for the year PLG before the car was taken off the road

Wow, that's odd. Lol. Got mine last April, and asked to put a full years tax on as I can't be arsed doing it every 6 month.
It wad £205 then, hopefully no more this April.
