Decat come mot?

Time attack gearbox options
Hi all , Would like to get your feedback to build a s15 gearbox that can withstand 500hp and 550 Nm (tq) . I recently blew up my stock 6 speed and would not want to change back to that so my option is either go with the 5speed s14 or rb25 route . Am searching for the most cost effective...- VS15

Z premium 95 or BP Ultimate 98
Your thoughts as i have seen many forums saying both are ok even with a turbo,all 95 is a fuel with additives so why pay more? No knock in my S15 on 95 but will try a tank of 98 next time.- ryan1019

Another bad idea, courtesy of Jase
Ok, so this weeks bad idea, is to remove the exhaust gasket at the front of the cat, as it was rotten, and not bother putting a new one in 'for the mean time' End result - me sitting at traffic lights coughing and spluttering from the cabin filling with exhaust gasses. haha. top tip - always... -

Exhaust Heat Shield
Heya Is their a trick to getting these off or should they just come away easy? I tried last time outta curiosity but didn't work probably cause i left the cable bracket attached. I need to do it this time because im pretty sure 1 of the gaskets is leaking hence the black carbon on the front...- Nickichi
