Fitting the rear strut brace (need a clue)

I bought a cusco rear strut brace recently.I was trying to fitted it today but seems after I tear up the carpet... I have no idea about how to remove the speakers tray. Anyone got a clue please

Is this the top trim cover? If so, its on poppers and you just pull..

didn't cut the hole well, a little bit too big

you don't actually have to cut it, just fold it back until you have enough room to fit the strut brace in... thats what i did, and it looks factory as there is minimal room between the carpet and the strut ends

Not much, but i'd say the rear is a little tighter, would notice it more with harder cornering, which i havent done much of yet.

i have never use that part of the boot at all...

ah some time it you gotta fit something long i would fold down the seat and side it thru, so no strut bar there would be handy.

ive seen the rear struct on the top before and it does look nice too.
think apex performance do one on top but its for the s14, but should fit too.

Not sure are there any other types of rear strut brace that go on the top.
