Indicators and hazards don't work any ideas?

Does anyone know the location of the relay? Or any other reason they don't work?

As above check the fuses buddy if one has gone none will work

They work with the alarm so I'm thinking its the relay?

Yeah could well be, still worth checking though mate. Eliminate the easy things first....

Fuses are all good cant find the relay is it in the back of the hazard light switch?

It's probably the relay that's in the hazard switch as Nismo says. Seriously - ****ing thing blew on mine, and it was a pain in the butt to work out.
