JDM ecu pin out differences

Im having trouble trying to wire up a fan controller to the factory harness. Has anyone else come across this?

On the ADM harness pin 10 is the Cooling Fan Relay HIGH and is Blue/Green (L/G) in colour, problem being that I have a JDM and there is no wire going to hole 10 in the harness.

In the fusebox in the engine bay there is a relay for the rad-fan, the wire coming out of that is Pink/Black, on the harness pin 9 is Pink/Black and is the Cooling Fan Relay LOW.
The instructions i got with the fan controller say to connect the FN1 (fan control wire) to pin 10 on the harness.

Has anyone else wired up a controller for the rad fan in a JDM??

Any help would be appreciated

looked at this but does not help unless you have a ADM S15

I have tried connecting the fan control wire to pin 9 fan control low, fan ran as soon as the ignition was at on.. due to the engine fuel system being out i didnt go further as this may have just been a startup thing the controller does,

back to the main question has anyone else come across this pin 10 being missing?
