Hi guys,
Ive been a member of sxoc for 8 years and still have my s14.a but I went and bought this!

I'll have better pictures later on today.

Its a Standard Spec S
Decat
Shotgun Exhaust
Body Kit - Rear Dmax type I think.

My friend down south has picked this up for me.
It has been through its mot already with 2 advisory's (sticky Caliper + a frayed bit on a seat belt)
Today is being reg'd in the uk and getting a uk Numberplate in a week or so.

So I wont have it in my hands for the next 12 days.

Good news, When my mate picked it up he was messing with the buttons and up popped a Japanese Sat Nav, We had no idea it had it, nor that it was working. A little JDM wonderful for free.

A few Questions,
How to you re Sync the key fob, I understand that this does not have Nats.
Has anyone added the uk maps to this unit before. I don't mind her chatting to me in Japanese.

Parts I will require
S15 Front bumper, Aftermarket. Dmax would be nice
Std Interior stereo surround
Std Gear shifter Surround

Car was imported to Ireland in 2009, it came to the uk about 2 months ago.
It has about 90k miles and still reads in KM

That's about All I know for now but I'm sure you will hear from me a fair Bit!

Looks pretty tidy. I like the skirts and rear lights. What front bumper do you have on at the moment?
I can't really help with the questions I'm sure others can though.

do they have 5 stud hubs as std?
4pot calipers at std?

It has a gareish front bumper. Its marmite!

A Few Problems that need addressed.
Headlights - Misty as normal

Before -

After Cutting compound.

The key for the Car only fits the ignition barrel and the drivers door did not lock.

We took the door card off and found the remainder of an after market alarm system with a misting and jubilee clip holding the door open. Possibly done to stop someone from locking the door and not being able to get in.

So now from inside I can lock the doors from inside.

I'm going to try and get an after market Central locking system, Any advice?
or s14 locks to swap over.
I'm not sure if the S14 locks will be a strait swap?

After Putting it on the Ramp. This car is the cleanest Sbody That I have ever seen.
I'm very happy with buying it. Even if it is slow!

So after a bit of searching I have bought myself a remote central locking system.

I have also purchased so s14 locks. Here's hoping they are the same.

Is there anyway of re-syncing the key I have? I've tried everything. however it may not be the key that originally was synced to the car. So it might never work.

Key fob does not lock and unlock the doors. Locks have been changed and I done have a key that fits the locks. So I have to leave it open

Possibly not something you should be posting online! Would an aftermarket alarm with new fobs solve the issue? There not to expensive these days.

I like the bodykit myself, nice lines.

It's ok mate I have other security features
I have a new set of locks coming today and an after market central locking system.
however surely there is a way to re program the key I have?

So due to my locking issue I purchased this

I also purchased a set of s14 locks.

So tonight I took the door card off and installed one of the actuators. The Drivers door when closed still activated the Central locking. So I didn't bother with the other arm.


I will install the locks in the next few days. Just encase for any reason the central locking ****s up. lol


Car is booked in with Kyle from chizfab to get the rear Arches rolled on friday. Didn't want to try this myself as I want an awesome lip with minimal damage.

Nice. Chizfab is a bit of a trek to get your arches rolled, nowhere do it up north? How much did chizfab take if you don't mind me asking?
I'm gutted I never went to Crail now, it looks like shortie ( yellow 15 ) was up too.

I've had a few mates get there's done there. Kyle is very good at it.
I didn't want just anyone doing it as the arches are mint.
Normally £30 an arch but I wanted a big lip so took a bit longer £50.

A lot of money but I'm happy its done properly and no split in the paint.
