Wow, that is one amazing S15. Love the kit & all the mods. I was talking to Dave at the new MIJ mag & he said he was looking for feature cars, will I send him a link to this page? Your S15 is definatley up to standard!!!!

cheers for the comment.. yeah I've heard of the new magazine. haven't bought it yet... TBH I have no interest in putting my car in for a feature at all.

I haven't measured the new pulley to the old one... but as far as i know there the same diameter...
have been trying to get the tension right on the belts the last couple of day. give some squeaky noise at start up.

Those lightweight underdrive (or otherwise) pulleys always squeak at startup as the surface is slippery. After getting the tension right I use a belt dressing spray on my belts and pulleys to stop them slipping so much - but you need to reapply it fairly regularly (every month or so).

well the belts aren't squeaking anymore. they where just abit to loose. tighten it up abit more till they don't squeal at cold startup.

Update fitted my R33 rear knuckles poly bushed, Goodridge brake hoses, new brembo discs, ds2500 rear pads and r34 rear caliper...

While i was doing the work i fitted my Uras poly gearbox mount.

nt forgetting the Z32 BMC to gie the new setup the correct bias.:thumbs:

UPDATE!!!!

NOW ON E85... RUNNING AT 1.3BAR OF BOOST...

just got the the car mapped on the road there yesturday.
i am now near maxing out my injectors 96% at 7k rpm

may need to look at bigger injectors in the future. my 740cc nismo injectors are just too small for 1.3bar boost on E85. biggest side feeds are 850cc from sard. so top feed injectors may be on the cards.. some nice 1000cc will be nice and will support future power mods.

@ Slam. she firing up fine. haven't seen a colder day yet to have issues.
Stiv did the road map for me. pretty happy with the results.

have been always running 1.3 bar on standard internals. even standard head gasket. seems to take it just fine.

with E85 now it should be better as e85 running cooler

Guys have been on the Dyno on saturday in West Coast Performance down in Tralee.

Would like to share the figure i got on the dyno with no mods apart from e85 fuel.

previous fiqures.

335.2 bhp @ fly
261 bhp @ Wheel
426.2Nm torque @ fly

new figures with car running on e85. mapped ofcourse

362.6Hp @Fly
312.7Hp @Wheel
(350ftlb)474.53Nm of torque @Fly
all@1.2bar creeping to 1.3 bar boost (HKS GTRS given some boost creep)

im pretty impressed with the figures as im still on standard internals.:thumbs:

fiqure my not be accurate as both runs are on different dynos.
but i was told that wcp dyno is 10% lower then the dyno i usally use.
so i could be putting out over just under 400bhp and just over 500Nm torque.
