ticking

hey guys i recently bought an autech and it seems to have a bit of a ticking noise coming from the engine and i cant figure out what it is.
any ideas?

VCT cam gear, replace solenoid first, if that does not fix it, then replace the VCT sprocket.
If that does not work bleed out all your lifters or replace with new ones

All can be brought from RHDjapan or FRSport

this has been covered a million times over on here so if you are unsure just search
