Vertex Monochrome Shift Knob - Custom M12X1.25 S15, R34 & Toyota Fitment -RARE/UNIQUE
Item: Vertex Monochrome Shift Knob - Custom M12X1.25 S15, R34 & Toyota Fitment -RARE/UNIQUE
Wanted one of these for my S15 for ages but as Vertex only do them with x3 different fitment inserts, of M8X1.25, M10X1.25 & M10X1.5 i never wanted to take the risk of buying one and trying to adapt it to fit, as they are expensive. Frsport Link: FRSport.com: Vertex Monochrome Shift Knob Black
When friend of mine imported a Zenki S14 and it had this on (M10X1.25) and he kindly sold it to me.
I then sourced a M12X1.25 Conversion Insert, with a M16X1.5 OD Thread, and sourced a M16x1.5 tap to carefully re-engineer the knob to accept the insert.
It is now M12X1.25 Fitment - which is S15 & R34 6-Speed, and also Toyota Fitment (R154 etc)
Condition - Very good - had very, very little use by the looks of it.
Was happy with the end result!
Flush-Mount or Counter Sunk - Adjust to your needs
Now i have sold my S15, i have held on to this for a few months but not bought anything to use it on as of yet, so up it goes.
