Will these brake rotors from an R34 GTR Skyline fit the standard S15 hub and have clearance with the standard rims

http://www.dba.com.au/dba_catalogue_2004/HTML/pdf/dba_4000_5000_21072004.pdf

See page 6 of 19.

Specs as follows:

S15 DBA Series 4000 rotors Diameter 280mm, Original Height (from back of rotor to top of hub) 54mm, Rotor thickness 30mm

R34 GTR DBA Series 4000 rotor Dimeter 324mm, Original Height 53.75mm and Rotor Thickness 30mm
I know the calipers will need to be relocated but will they fit such a large rotor or am I dreaming. Just after something bigger than factory size if I'm going to bother replacing rotors.

Cheers
Paul

324mm definitely won't fit under 16s. 310s will (with calliper adapter brackets), but 315mm is slightly too tight. So 324s are no go without bigger rims.

Like stated above, you will not be able to run a standard S15 rim with a 324mm rotor (R34 GTR or Z33 350Z).

If you can get the adapter mounting brackets for the standard caliper made up, and get a R34 GTR rotor (as the offset between the R34 GTR and S15 are the same), that would be an awesome brake upgrade, and won't cost an arm and a leg. Most brake places speak very highly of the Nissan 4 pot caliper and there is no real reason to upgrade them to brembo's or something unless you have a specific requirement to.

Now totally forgetting everything I just said, I went the 350Z brembo upgrade cause I wanted some blingy gold brembo calipers and some blingy gold hatted DBA5000 rotors :D

The R32 GTR type callipers, though almost the same as the S14/15 jobs, are slightly wider (I understand). This allows fitment of certain thicker non-Nissan rotors, such as the AMG 345mm I'm about to stick on.
