Just wondering if anyone has the part number for the front caliper brake pad holding metal plate + spring.... I think I may have misplaced it when changing my brake pads, the piece of metal which the two rods hold down along with a small wire/spring.....

I'm hoping I will be able to get some replacements from nissan? :)

Thanks in advance.

to clarify -

1. would refer to 'CLIP'

2. 'SPRING'

3. the shim kit is the bit that actually slides inbetween the brake pad and the actual piston right?

thanks alot :) great help as always!

The spring goes over the pads. The clip holds the pins in position.

You don't need them, but they tend to stop the pads squealing.
