Front end panels came back from blasting and are being prepared for reassembly . It's nice to see some good metal going back on the car :D .

Yes, everything is getting blasted off so it won't be an issue anymore . The bulkhead would have probably been in a much better shape if the sealant was applied properly though .

More update from HTDevelopments . Passenger quarter panel and rear pocket all sorted and back on the car !

To say I am impressed is a huge understatement, this car will be better than it did when it rolled out of the factory

Mad respect to the garage carrying out this work, it's hard to find a very skilled workshop let alone one that consistently works on your car days on end.

Keeping my eyes pealed for the next update!

More progress photos from HTDevelopments . The car is now on rotisserie, floor is taken to bare metal and repaired are being carried where needed . There is definitely more damage than I thought on the sill . The plan is to get the car painted for end of year and reassembled beginning of next year .

A few more nasty surprises found around the fuel filler neck cutout and the front of the floor that had to be sorted but everything is moving in the right direction!

Was any of this rust visible from the outside before this work started? It makes me scared to find out what's going on under the paint on mine
