i just wanted to share my joy we recently started trying for a baby and had the first scan yesterday - so far all looks good, baby is healthy and everything is normal. one thing i was pretty chuffed with is that (having never used them before lol) it works out the missus was pregnant within 2 days of her last cycle :wack:

anyway i know not everyone is interested in this sort of thing but i'm really chuffed and want to tell people :nod:

Congratulations mate, that's very good news.
Baby seats (rear facing) and s15's work as long as no one is in the front lol. Should be getting a recro one in the next month or so once my baby is big enough for the front facing ones so will let you know. Make the most of the time the pair of you have to yourselfs as this time will pass very fast.

Thanks I have a niece that has been out in the car a few times and the baby seat she had fit particularly well in the back. I definitely agree time will fly, we are rushing around trying to squeeze a holiday in before it's too late......

My advice to a soon to be parent is...... Do anything you want or need to do NOW!!!! If it is renovating, car repairs / mods, holidays, anything.... DO IT NOW!!!! I still have stuff to do from 4 years ago

so so true. Works I've completed on my car in the last 9 months? 2 car washes thats it.

We may have to start an S15OC crèche for meets at this rate! lol

Sorry for my slow replies - thanks for the nice things your saying and for not telling ne the usual crap of 'your life is over' and 'they're so expensive' etc.... Some people at my work have done things thier way and tried to suggest it will be the same for me - I don't think so lol. If I've managed to throw money at and treat a car like a baby for years I'll happily face up to my responsibilities to a real one lol.....
