Open Event: Japfest 2015 castle combe S15oc Stand

Currently wavering. NW200 road races are on the same day and I'm getting tempted by beers and seeing Michael Dunlop on the new Milwaukee Yamaha R1.

The new R1 is such a thing of beauty, i go to every BSB round and the thing is Raw! The Tyco BMW's will also be very fast with Seeley & Guy at the helm!

BTW - I do event coverage for a fairly big car website in N. Ireland and we're growing our presence.

The original plan was for me to feature the S15oc and Japfest for a report. However, I can't go.

If there are any budding photographers amongst us and would like their work featured, please drop me a line.

I promise to give S15oc pride of place in any coverage.

16th May 2015 at castle combe race circuit.

We've been as a club for the last couple of years! So we will be going again!

Our meeting time before the event will be 7am. So be prepared to get up early or stay in a hotel. As I won't be waiting for stragglers. I'm a stickler for time keeping!!

Can everybody attending please arrive at the meeting point at 6.30

where i will hand out stand passes, then we will head to the track at 7. (I'll be in a yellow S15)

I know this is early and some people are travelling a long way but i think traffic will be worse this year due to japfest being massive! This is a really big event so i don't want to take any chances of getting stuck in traffic.

Gates open to the public at 9.00am and you won't be allowed onto the stand if you arrive after this.

Was a really good day! Good bunch of lads in the club, unlike some of the other pricks there. I watched people just throwing rubbish into the bushes and spitting near people's cars. It's lives up to its nickname of CHAVFEST!

Anyway rant over, loved all the variety of S15's there, 17 on our stand and a good 10 others around the show. Ryan's white S15 was my favourite! Bloody unreal! Oh and work's XD-9's are common as!!!!!

cheers floyd, I was surprised to see another yellow one! First time I've seen another. We are a rare bunch!
