Started work on my tubs and test fitted my wheels to see how it will sit . They have larger tyres on than I will be running but it gave me a good idea of how it will look and my offset looks bang on .
Might extend the arch a little as I want to run a 295 but we shall see .

Hopefully be painted next month and off to get the engine in

Nice work man!
that offset looks pretty dam sweet you gonna run lower profiles of the rear or sticking with the 40mm?
Cheers man : yeah size /offset of the wheels is bang on I reckon , ! defo going lower profile . This is 285/40 /19 but will be running 295/30 I think. This wasn't fully on the ground either so should tuck in pretty nice when it's on the deck ! Worst case I may extend the kit out a little bit but it's minor really should be max 5 mm difference. Tbh with the lower sidewall height it should make the difference I need to get it tucked in nicely . I Just want as much tyre as I can get in the rear to handle the extra power ha ha

So I have been too busy to do much to this but I have just ordered my clutch for it

I went with the giken in the end , only heard good things about these clutches and they are rated to 700hp which gives me a bit of headroom if I decide to be silly
I also have some rear tyres so there will be some pics soon of how it sits on the 19's excited !! Then I can start to properly fab up the rear tubs and hopefully get it painted (as I also have the paint for it now )
Then it's just the small matter of paying the engine off : I am having a full new custom loom made for it along with custom fuse and relay boxes ( in the boot) still a long way to go but it will be worth the wait I'm sure

Cheers dude I was getting worried for a minute as it looked like I would need to chop even more of my quarters out but after another look I realised my passenger rear wheel wasn't alligned properly and was sat about 20mm further forward in the wheel well. Little adjusting on the traction rod and all sorted well happy with it and how it sits now
